Its an irony
that most Civil Servants depend sorely on salary hoping to make ends meet. Its
equally worrisome to know that salary is not designed to make ends meet but for
longtime survival.
They chose
to engage themselves in unproductive venture during their service years while
hoping for a glorious retirement life. Their hope is often dashed when they discover
that Pension and Gratuity is designed for Short time survival and not comfort.
There is a
